address book set to contacts

Unless you are using a pre-release version of Outlook for the Mac (which
doesn't exist since Office for the Mac uses Entourage for mail), you have
posted the wrong version.

Try opening your address book and go to tools. There you
will see some options that will allow you to make your
contacts first in the list or you can add the contacts if
it is not there.
