address book problems

Using Word 2000 and not quite sure if I am doing something wrong or if it is
another problem. In the past I have been able to open up the Tools menu and
go to Envelpoes and Labels, and then pull in an address from the address
book. Now some of the names I pull in will pull the entire address while
others only pull in the name. I have entered all of the info into the
address book, but only the name will pull in on all new entries. Anyone with
ideas? Thanks

There was a minor problem with the Outlook 2000 address book that caused
addresses to display incorrectly if they were edited from address book
rather than the associated contacts list. View the addresses in Outlook
using the 'detailed address card' view. Any that don't display the full
address open and save again. That should force the display to be corrected.
