Address book on the side in the Folders window?

Hi,

A friend said I could put my email contacts (my address book) into the
Folders windown on the left side of the screen. Is this possible and how do
I do it? Thanks.
 
Your friend is thinking of Outlook Express, which is an entirely different program from Microsoft Outlook, which has no such feature.
