address book not working

When I click Tools, Letters & mailings, envelopes & Labels, to retrieve a
name from my address book, I get a message saying "mapi32 is an invalid
Extended MAPI Library" and I get no results. How to fix this, please.

You need to ask this in an OUTLOOK newsgroup. Be sure to mention which
version of Outlook you're using.
