Address Book in Word

I created a address directory in MS Word. But it saved it as a MDB file (MS Access) so I can't open it
How do I create and address book in Microsoft Office so I can print lables?
 
Use Mailmerge. That was the intended purpose of the address book that you
created. If you want to get the data into a table format in Word, use a
Directory type mailmerge main document using the .mdb file as the data
source and with the mergefields in the cells of a one row table in the
directory mailmerge main document.
