I had to reinstall a portion of Microsoft Office XP 2002 and it messed up my Outlook. I had to reinstall all of my settings. My questions is, how do I get my emails back and get my contact list back into my address book and all of my emails?

http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm tells you what files you need and
where they normally should be.
