address block remains hidden in IE6

I cannot get the address block to show up in IE6. I
have "Address bar" checked, but it does not show. I
tried System Restore to a time when before it started
being hidden, but it is still gone. Without the address
block to type the URL in, IE6 is not of much use as a
browser.

If you see the smallest piece of the Address Bar (usually the name)
then stretch the Address bar back to a normal size and move it if
necessary. If the Button Bar or some other bar is to the right of it,
you may want to move that to a different position first.

Don't forget to ensure "Lock the Toolbars" is unchecked in
View-Toolbars.
