Right click on a blank area of the tool bar. See if unlock the tool bar is
unchecked; if it is, see if you have address bar unchecked. Check the box
for address bar. If no joy, see if a corner of the address bar shows and
drag it into position. Still no joy, drag the whole toolbar down and then
you should have it. Re-check "lock the toolbars".
