Address bar not working

I can not search the internet using the address bar but i
can get to other websites by using the search feature on
my homepage. The only site that will open as my homepage
is www.my.dell.com. Any suggestions??

go to "tools" > "internet options" and set which home page you would like

I use www.metacrawler.com to search
