My son out smarted me and obtained my password and know
he is the Administrator on my computer.... Who can I get
control back he has password for his account and will not
get it up. Help!!!

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
password with one of the methods mentioned here:

In addition to the other advice, don't let him use your computer any longer
if he can't use it as you wish. Computer access is not a birthright.
 
.... Send him to his room without dinner !!! :-) ... sorry to joke, but it is a bit humorous ... there are various software tools you can download / buy that will allow you to reset the Administrator password "non-destructively" ... the only one I'm familiar with is System ERD Commander, it has worked flawlessly on both Win2k and WinXP machines I've used it on.
