Additonal mail box does not work on specific machine

Hi,
I just create a share shared email account under Exchange. Typically, I
configure additional box by going to Mail setting -> Advanced tab ->
mailboxes with "shared mail" information ob the client machine. The client
could also see "shared mail" under all mail folder in Outlook. Somehow, she
can't open "shared mail" on her machine. I tested another machine by
logging her user id and configure the outlook the same way. Everything
worked on another machine but her. I will be appreciated your information
or tips.
