When I print documents, another page involuntarily prints with the words
"EOJ" on it. Huge waste of paper and I cannot locate the problem. Anyone
having dealing with this? Thank you.

Do those letter mean anything to you? Is this your home computer or one at
work?

Sounds like an End Of Job status message. Its probably a setting on
your printer.

It certainly isn't something in Word, but there is someplace you can look...

Click Start menu > Settings > Printers & Faxes. Right-click your printer's icon
and choose Properties. Go to the Advanced tab and click the Separator Page
button. If anything is entered in the box there, delete it and click OK.

End of Job sheet to separate your work from another user of that printer. It
will be in the Printer Setup.
