Additional Mailbox removal problem

I have two mailboxes that have one additional mailbox of a
different user within their own mailbox (out of no where)
I am unable to remove I have reconfigured the exchange
services on the properties, in the control Panel mail on
the services under tools, the additional mailbox name is
still apperaing in the services but nowhere else and can
not remove at all. I also have done a repair on Outlook,
there are nothing with this additional mailbox in exchange
5.5.

Is there a config file or something on the win98
workstation that I can permanently remove the additonal
mailbox? Anyone encountered this problem?

So you are unable to delete it from the advanced tab? if so, you'll need to
either recreate the profile without the extra mailbox or delete it from the
registry.

I believe it's here in win98- if not, use Find to locate Windows Messaging
Subsystem. you'll need to look for all entries containing the extra mailbox
and delete them.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles

Tried the advanced tab it is still showing, I have re-
created the profile still there, but did not try the
registry, I will try that! Thks..
