Adding user defined fields to Import Wizard

I'm trying to import contacts from a CSV file, which has different fields than the standard import wizard, when it comes to mapping. I have added the fields in the user defined fields section but how do I access them for mapping purposes

All help appreciate

You don't. Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to
write custom code or use a third-party application. See
