Adding Tooltip into a hyperlink

If you use Hyperlink from the Insert Tab (or by right-clicking) you go into
the Insert Hyperlink dialog. Click the Screen Tip button & type your
message. If the hyperlink is created automatically [by way of typing an
email address or URL], right-click the Hyperlink text & select Edit
Hyperlink from the contextual menu.
