For months I have been trying to print on envelopes.
The instructions all say to select tools, then select
envelopes and labels. I have no envelopes and labels.

How can I add "envelopes & labels" to my tool bar ????.

Thank you very much.

Assuming you are using XP's WordPad, open WordPad and
from the Toolbar select Help > Contents and Index > Index (tab).
Scroll down to "envelopes, printing", click on that topic, then
click "display".

11/9/2003 I too, can't find the "envelopes and labels"
in my MS works data base. I've just purchased a new
computer with Windows XP, and as far as I'm concerned,
I'm going backward instead of forward! I've tried to
generate a label option from my Data Base, that I have
always done on my old computer. It has always been in
the "tools" menue, but in XP it isn't there. I've taken
my tower to the person who built the computer for me, but
he is just as puzzled as I am.

Additionally, I've always been able to attach a "word or
works" document to Outlook Express e-mails and that
option is no longer available to me. What gives?

I hope I can count on someone smarter then myself to
answer these questions for me. Thanks
