Adding text to display for sepcific radio or drop-down buttons

I need to have text to display based on the radio button or drop-down button
selected.

example - if Option A is selected the text below would be displayed

[x] Option A
Johnny saw a squirrel run across the road.
Susie watched a blue butterfly float across the sky

[] Option B
