Adding same info

I have two worksheets that have the same info on one as the other such as
names. To cut my work load in half I would like to know how to insert the
name in one form and it automactly insert the name in the other worksheet.
How do I do this?

Hold down SHIFT-key and select both sheets ..........then enter the name in
your selected cell and it will go in that cell on both sheets...........

Now this only works if the names are on the same CELL. One work sheet has
the name on a diffrent cell letter and number. Is there a formula that I can
enter the information on a diffrent cell in a diffrent sheet and cells?
 
Sorry, I misunderstood what you wanted..............

Put this in any cell in Sheet2, and it will return whatever value is in cell
A1 of Sheet1...........etc etc

=Sheet1!$A$1

Unfortunately, formatting does not follow and you will have to re-format the
cells in Sheet2........
