Adding row/text appearance in table converted to Word from Wordper

I originally created a table in Wordperfect and had to "save as" Word
document when I got a new computer. When I try to add a row to the table,
the text is cut off at the top. Any suggestions?
 
Most likely the row height is set to an Exact amount. Change this on the Row
tab of Table Properties.
