Adding programs to other users

I have an installation of XP that has one user. I
installed all the applications under that one user. I
now need to add another user. Is there a way make the
programs available to the new user too?

Most applications are installed in a way that makes them available for
all users of a computer. If this is not the case here, reinstall the
program from the new user profile and on top of the existing files.
