I am attempting to convert my defauly mail server from Outlook Express to MS Outlook 2000. At this point, I have only been able to convert one (1) of my two (2) e-mail addresses from Express to 2000. How can I bring the second identity over? Thank you for your assistance!

Explain more clearly what you are trying to do.

Previously, I had used Outlook Express to send and receive e-mails. (I have two e-mail addresses [AKA Identities] on Outlook Express). Recently, I acquired MS Office. I was able to configure MS Outlook 2000 to send/receive e-mail for only one of my two e-mail addresses. I want to know how to configure Outlook 2000 to send/receive e-mail for the second e-mail address.

In Outlook Express, you are able to create "Identities" so that you can switch back and forth between multiple e-mail addresses. I need to configure Outlook 2000 to do the same thing.

Your terms are still confusing. Do you instead mean 2 different email
accounts? If so, you can easily add a second email account to Outlook. What
type of accounts are these? Why do you think you need a separate "identity?"

For that I'll need to know more than just your version since you're using
Outlook 2000. I need to know your mail support mode as well (Line 2 of Help
| About if you don't know).

Line 2 of Help|About says "Internet Mail Only". Is that what you need?

Then just use Tools > Accounts to add other email accounts.
You can change the sending account at any time on the fly by using
"Send Using" or "options" to change it.
