Adding Pages after endnotes

How do you add a bibliography after endnotes? I can't do
a page break or insert a section after the endnotes.

Thanks.
 
In Word 2002, you can achieve this by selecting "End of
section" instead of
"End of document" for endnote placement. Then, in every section except the
one at the end of which you want the footnotes to appear, check the box for
"Suppress endnotes" on the Layout tab of Page Setup.

But can these documents now be opened and changed in Word
2000, which happens when you have to send you doc to a
collaborator? -jim
 
This new feature would probably not be supported in Word 2000.
