adding news account to outlook 2003

Is it possible with outlook 2003 to add news account like
with outlook express?

Not exactly - all versions of Outlook actually use Outlook Express for news.
 
So that means that I need to have outlookexpress runing for my news
account??
I can not check my news accout with outlook 2003?
It is not very logical to have outlookexpress runing for the news account
and outlook 2003 running for my email, calendar, contact , etc..
Is there anyway to have everything in one?

I have had a problem with this also. You can add a new
icon/button to the 'GO' menu and this will let you use
news. But on both my home and work machine, the button
disapears after I restart my machine and I can not get
the news anymore.

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, clear the "Always perform this check..." box and then click the No
button.

You may need to reset the Menu Bar and/or restart Outlook and/or reboot your
machine in order to complete the process. Not everyone is reporting success
with this method, but try it and see what happens. If all else fails, you
can always create a desktop shortcut to Outlook Express and include the
/outnews switch -- that gives you the same result as accessing the
newsreader via the News command in Outlook.

without reading.

Outlook 2003 is not completed yet.
It's pretty obvious, isn't it?

1. Hangs during send/receive on certain servers.
2. Times out during send/receive on certain servers.
3. No news group support yet.
4. Right click paste function not implemented yet for making rules.
5. more to come (for sure)

All-in-all, a PIECE OF UNFINISHED and UNTESTED JUNK.
