Adding new form to Orgizational Forms Library?

I just created my first custom form in outlook 2003 running on exchange 2003
sp2. I've been working in my personal forms library but now i'm ready to roll
this out to everyone and assume i need to store it in the organizational
Forms library in order for everyon in the company to have access to it. When
i select Orgizational Forms Library in the "Look in:" drop down box it gives
me an error "An Error occured while going to this folder."

Any ideas?

Talk to your Exchange administrator, who would be the person responsible for setting up the Org Forms folder and assigning permissions to it so that you can add items and other people can read them.
