adding network printer remotely

To add a network printer, which the server is hosting as a printer
share, on workstations, I use a command like this:

rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /gd /c\\tiki /n\\myserver\emv-lj1320

The printer gets added to the remote computer, but it shows up as
"emv-lj1320". How can I automatically give it a friendly name as I add
it, or in a subsequent command? I've tried using the /m and /b
switches, but that doesn't seem to be the correct use of those
switches.

The whole purpose of doing this is so I don't have to go around to
each computer and add the printer manually, so anyone know how to do
this by remote means?

His article describes what I'm already doing, but unfortunately it
doesn't address my problem. Any other ideas?
