S Sudharson AN Feb 24, 2004 #2 Hi, What you can probably do is to create a new Profile for that person and then Select the option to Prompt for a profile when opening Outlook. Goto Control Panel --> Mail Icon --> Show profiles Create a new profile . To make outlook to ask you to select a profile, select the option of "Prompt for a profile". Hope this helps !!!
