Hi,
I have saved a document as a web page but when I view the source it is in
xml format. I want to be able to use the source information to insert into
ebays html editor for uploading my page design to ebay however the one image
that I have on the page does not show, it only shows the placeholder where
the image should be. All of the rest of the site views perfectly. How do I
insert an image and preview it in the ebay html editor?

You have to upload the image along with the rest of the data. A html
file does not include images, it includes the links to the image.

Hi Joseph,
I have added the link to the online image but that image does not preview in
ebays html editor box.Do you mean that it will not show until I have
published it to ebay?
A friend of mine says that the image should show in the editor. When I view
the source it is in xml format and right at the bottom of the code is a href
to the image, I have been told to change that to <img src="image Url> which
I have done but the image will still not preview

.
You have to upload the image to the net also, and edit
the html code to point to the image location on the web.
what is happening now is that the image links back to a
location on your machine. hope this helps

I don't know how e-bay may works, but if you have not uploaded in an
image they it will not be able to show it. E-bay will also need to know
we're the file was uploaded I'm not sure how that works in e-bay

Thanks everybody, I took the easy route and joined an auction Image hosting
company.
