As Mary said, you do not need the From field. It is completely irrelevant
to what you are asking to do.
Any mail you reply to will be sent using the account on which it was
received. To change the replying account, use the Accounts dropdown to
select the account. To view the account on which it was received, double
click on your address in the received mail. Make the appropriate changes
using the accounts button to reply using your preferred account.
