Adding conditional formatting to individual bars in bar chart

Good afternoon,

I'm in a quandry here and am looking for some serious help. I've got a
bar chart containing 6 types of metrics each with a different threshold.
What I'm needing to do is apply different conditional formatting to
each of the bars, i.e. 95% on mttr is green while 95% on mttn is yellow.
Please advise.
