Adding columns to an Excel matrix and listing them in the PT

I have an Excel matrix that I need to add additional columns to. When I add
the columns they do not show up in the Pivot Table List of items to be added
to a pivot table or report. How do I make them visible in the PT list?
 
hy,
pivot table is not always conected to your table. it uses thing called pivot
cache to create pivot table report.
so, you'll need to refresh your pivot if you made any changes to source
table.
