adding another email acct

I added another email account with a different email address than the
original thats on my windows email, cant get it to work with that new email
address, can anyone direct on how to do that

Sorry but "cant get it to work" does not help us much!

Please copy/paste the exact error message, in to your reply, that you get
when you try to use the new account.
