Adding addresses to Address Book

I have a large group of emails I want to add their addresses to my address
book. Do I have to open each one and add to the address book or is there a
way I can select the headers of all the emails and add all of them at one
time to my address book?

I think it's one at a time only, sorry. Unless you have the addresses in
something like a text file, excel spreadsheet, etc -
