Adding a statement to several documents

I am the owner of a share drive which is posted to a web paige. I need to ad
a few statements on all of the thousands of documents we have posted. Is
there something that I can do other than copy and paste to each document to
get these statements on each document? Preferably the statements need to
show up in the footer of the documents.
 
All of the documents on my share are excel files. I am trying to add a few
statements onto all 1000 excel documents on a share drive. Is there a macro
I can run that will target all of the spreadsheet posted to a share drive.
Or something so I dont have to copy and paste a few statements onto each
excel file.
