Adding a note to the calander

Hi guys,

Does anyone know how can I add a note to the calander which will, for
example, notify me that on this date I talked to someone important, or
ordered something in a store, etc. Is there a native way to do it, or
is there an add-in for it?

You can manually enter details in the notes field for any calendar item -
does that help? Don't know what you mean by "notify", tho.

I'll try to better explain myself: Don't you sometime, for example,
talk to the bank in order to order some shares, or open a saving
account and you would want to write a note about it, but with a date
associated to that, so you would know that you made this operation in
a certain day. So, although I may use the notes facility, I think it
would have been more reasonable to put some kind of a note in the
calendar so it would be some kind of a reminder of what I did on this
day. It is not an appointment nor task, but IMHO it should be on
calendar...

Create a calendar item on the day you wish, and type details in the note
field for the item.
