Adding a new Sheet

I am trying to add a new sheet to the Excel Workbook but
the option is greyed out thus not letting me add another
one. I currently have about 15 sheets. How do I add
another sheet? It won't let me change names on the
sheets either??

Unprotect the workbook (Tools > Protection menu).
