Adding a new disk and re-installing XP Pro

I have XP Pro on a single disk machine and am going to add
a new disk.

After adding the disk, can I simply copy or move my 'My
Documents' folders to it?

If so, I then want to re-install XP Pro on the original
disk. When I do this, will I have any problems copying or
moving the 'My Documents' folders back?

Steven, install the new disk as the master and make the old the slave. Boot
from the XP cd create your partition on the new disk and install XP. Then
you can move whatever data you want from old to new.
