adding a landscape page into a potrait document

I am using Office XP. I am creating a manual for my work. There are a couple
pages that will require the pages to be created and printed in landscape
because the tables can only fit onto a landscape page. Unfortunately, no
matter how much I read I can not figure out how to accomplish this.

Any advice on how I can insert a landscape table midway into a portait
document? Thank you to anyone who answers.

Make it a separate section?

Different sections can have different formatting.
 
Thanks Steve for your reply. The only thing is that since this is a manual I
have headers and footers and page numbers that need to run consecutively.
