Adding a contact folder to outlook contact, then syncing it to a P

I needed a work contact folder in Outlook, so I don't combine my personal and
work contacts. So, I added a 'work folder' to my contact list and began ading
information. However, I also need to ActiveSync it to my PDA (iPAQ Pocket
PC). While the regualr contact list syncs just fine, I can't figure out to
get my contact folder 'work contacts' to Sync to the PDA. Any suggestions?

Depends on your sync software - I don't think ActiveSync lets you do this
(although m.p.pocketpc.* might be good places to post/ask such questions).
In general, I think it's much better to use only one contacts folder and
use categories, and views, to filter/view them.
