How do I add another computer (using Outlook 2002) to an existing network that uses exchange and allow it to share information and also allow the existing users to share their information. I'm under the assumption that there is a shared folder on the server that allows users to read, edit, and delete any contact, calendar, and tasks data. If there is something that I can follow step by step, it would be greatly appriciated. Thanks so much in advance.

Hi Jason
Firstly, get a network admin to add the computer to the
domain and set up a mailbox for this user.
Two options for sharing
Either, set up a public folder and then put the contacts
in there, or from Tools and Options go to the delegates
tab and add in the people that you want to have access to
your contacts etc list. Then when other people open up
that folder they will see your lists.

Don't forget to have the mail delivery set to the Exchange mailbox and not
Personal Folders (personal folders not being necessary with an Exchange
setup anyway).
