Adding a 2003 server to a 2000 domain?

Are there any big gottchas to adding a 2003 server to a
2000 domain?

I have a new server ready to be set up and it came with
2k3 server. I do not plan to add it as a DC and was
wondering if there is anything unusual I can expect to
happen when I add it or if there are any special
proceedures to add a 2003 server to a 2000 domain.

Adding it as a member server will not require anything special.
