added internet toolbars??

How do you remove toolbars from Internet Explorer? I downloaded an MSN tool bar, Real Player gave me a toolbar and this real annoying web site from the UK gave me a toolbar (I downloaded accidently). I would like to remove them without erasing imortant info. I looked in add remove programs, without info. Could anyone out there assist me.

Right click any open place on the toolbar, when the toolbar list comes up,
if the toolbars you don't want are listed, just uncheck the ones you don't
want. That should get rid of the toolbars. If you find you want any of them
back later, just do the same and then check them to restore.
