add / updated my contacts in outlook

I am new to this. I am looking for some macro code which will help me to
add / updated my contacts in outlook .

Once you get the contact you want, you change the values for its properties
and then execute the Save method to save the changes.

You didn't mention *which* contact you wanted to update, though.
