Hi: Is there any way to have folders on other partitions appear on the main
start menu? I have a lot of Graphics and media files that I'd like to see on
that menu...thanks...Mike

Add the shortcuts to;
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu

If you want a lot more control over how and where you can place shortcuts to
programs or files, I find that the classic interface is much more useful in
that you can drag and drop within the Start program listing directly. You
will lose the advantanges that the XP start menu provides, but also lose all
of the bad ones. In the long run, I much prefer the classic start menu,
although I may investigate further the way that Dave suggested. From what I
remember, however, it gave only very limited access to the structure of the
Start menu.
