Is there a way to create a rule to tell Outlook to do something based
on the message being from someone in Contacts? I can select every
contact in the listbox and move them over, but if you add a new one,
you need to update the rule. It seems like there should be a way to say
"any current or future people in my address book" in a rule.

In Outlook 2003 (and IIRC in Outlook 2002 as well) you can create a rule
where you can set a certian address list as a condition.

My Outlook (2003) has a rule condition of "where sender is in specified
Address Book"
