Just started job with company that has XP w/SP2, trying to unstall software
drivers, or anything for that matter.....however when I get to ADD/REMOVE
window, all that shows up in it is only programs that start with
"A"..........how do I get the other programs to show up in it?

Mike

Daniel, thanks for the reply,,,,,,,,,,however it's a little confusing. do
you know of any other resource I can go to to find the answer or ore info?

It's not very difficult, Mike:

Open Start, Run, type (without the quotation marks) "regedit" and click OK.
Browse to the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall,
click File, Export, type any name you like and click OK. Then expand the key
by pressing the "+" symbol. Click on each of its subkeys and verify if the
"DisplayIcon" value (on the right pane of Registry Editor) has a negative
number in its content. If so, remove it.
