Add/Remove

Just installed Windows XP and when I open the Add/Remove in Control Panel it
does not give me the option to remove a program. These are programs which
were installed prior to the upgrade. What am I missing?

You are missing nothing. You should have unstalled the old apps before
you upgraded. Now you have a new registry and your old uninstall
routines no longer work.
