Add/Remove Windows Components

I want to use Add/Remove Windows Components
Now, I can use Add/Remove Programs
I click "Add/Remove Windows Components", but nothing occurs
Does anyone know how to use Add/Remove Windows Components?

Embedded devices should have their windows components added at Target
Designer time. Deploying an image which relies on users adding core
features is inadvisable when creating a custom OS. It's hard to test all
possible outcomes and therefore hard to ensure your device will be stable
enough for an embedded deployment. What features do you envision your users
adding? Can you just preload those features for them?
