Add/Remove Programs

I was going to clean out some of the programs I don't use on my laptop, but over the last few days when I click on the Add/Remove Programs icon I just get a quick hourglass and it goes away. Nothing else happens. Any suggestions

Try right clicking on my computer and on the left hand side you should see
add remove programs..

I'm having the same problem. Anyone know a fix (other than reloading)
