Add Remove programs

I have posted this a couple of times and I have had some great advice and
have try to do each and every thing requested.
I went to Kelly's Tweaks and tried line 226 right side, except I do NOT
have any negative numbers in the Unistall section of the registry.
The problem again is, if i go to Add Remove Software, I have about 30
programs listed and then a very long space of White and Black and then the
remaining programs.
One person suggested I go to Google, I did, and they all reverted back to
the same Kelly Tweak line 226 right side, and unless I am totally stupid, I
can not see any Negative numbers in the area I am instructed to go, using
regedit.

Forget the negative number and just run the auto fix that Kelly provided.

If you recently installed any programs prior to the problem occurring then
uninstall them one at a time and see if the problem goes away. I installed a
cheap $5 game that was supposed to work with XP but it caused the same
problem.

Try uninstalling the programs listed above and below the gap.
