Add/Remove Programs

I am trying to remove unused programs and when I go through the populated
list in change/remove programs list. some programs have the change and remove
buttons and some don't.I'd like to remove Money 2004 and there are no
change/remove buttons for this program.Just shows "last used: occasionally on
(date)" and that's it.how do I remove these programs?
 
It may have been provided as a component of Microsoft Works.
If you re-examine the list, look for something related to Works if
found click the "Change" button it should start the installer and a
option to Add/Remove Works components will be shown.
